Free gives you everything that matters for retention — SRS, library, insights, all 12 exercise types — plus 8 tutor turns/day. Plus removes the daily limit, upgrades voices to ElevenLabs-quality, adds Mistake Review, and unlocks exam-prep modes (DELE, DELF, JLPT, HSK, TOEFL).
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Plus and Pro are month-to-month or annual; cancel anytime, keep access until the period ends. Annual refunds prorated within the first 14 days.
How does the Pro tutor marketplace work?+
Pro includes 4 hours/month of 1:1 sessions with vetted native speakers. Additional hours are available at marketplace rates ($15-30/hr); we take a 15% platform fee from the tutor side, never charge the learner extra.
Is the conversation tutor really unlimited on Plus?+
Yes — within fair-use abuse limits (~500 turns/day). The free tier rate-limit is 8 turns/day to keep AI costs sustainable while still being useful as a daily practice ceiling.
Will my data be used to train AI?+
Never. Anthropic's API has a no-training default for our usage tier; your conversation history is yours. We may use anonymized aggregate stats (e.g., 'most learners struggle with subjunctive triggers') to improve curriculum.
